Servo feeders
Gashtavar’s servo feeders usually use in pressing lines to feed sheets with high precision. Gashtavar’s servo feeders also are high speed, low noise, easy to set up and there is no limitation for the amount of course.
All electronic equipment used in Gashtavar feeders (display, power supply, PLC, etc.) are from the Delta company in Taiwan.
Also, using the Screen Touch screen allows the user to easily change settings. In addition, this monitor can be equipped with a counter, timer or any other control tool.Gashtavar’s servo feeders are offered in several groups (series) according to different needs:
SW series: These types of feeders are without straighteners and only feeding the sheet.
SW-H Series: This type of feeder, has two extra rollers to increase power and speed in feeding operations.
SW-STR series: This type of Gashtavar feeders, in addition to feeding rollers, also have five straightening rollers. The straightening force in this type of feeder is taken from the feeder motor.
SW-STR-M series: In this type of feeders, like the SW-STR series, there are five straightening rollers that provide a separate drive (electromotor) force to smooth the sheet.
Gashtavar feeders are available for all types of sheets with thicknesses of 0.5 mm to 5 mm and also strip widths up to 650 mm. The following table shows the specifications of various models of servo (roller) feeders of Gashtavar company:
