This machine makes holes (usually 17 holes with a 5 mm diameter) on the four sides of the cooler pans to close the parts of the column and front frame. This machine is hydraulic and has 17 punching units with the number of holes. (All of them are adjustable.)

The machine provides the ability to move the punch units to easily adjust the exact location of the holes.

This machine also has the ability to make holes for 120 air cooler pans per hours.

The dimensions of this device are 1.5 x 1.6 x 1.6 meter and its weight is 400 kg. The power of the device is supplied by a 2 hp electro motor with a hydraulic system.

This device is made in three different models for 7000, 5000 and 3500 air coolers models.
